Psychokinesis(also known as telekinesis) is the ability to physically affect objects without touching them. It is being able to move things with the power of one's mind! Many of us have seen the movie "Carrie" where a bullied teenager gets her revenge by killing her tormentors with the power of her mind. Hopefully, nobody has the desire to inflict harm on others with pyrokinesis but it is a skill that can come in handy. It also allows one to see their connection with the universe and often can lead to a higher spiritual awakening.
Most people start training their psychokinetic skills by using lightweight objects such as drinking straws, hollow plastic balls or squares of aluminum foil. They concentrate on moving the object. Many people find that they can concentrate their energy better by passing their hands over the object. The basic principle of psychokinesis is realizing that your thoughts have energy and that energy can be used to influence objects to do what you want them to do.
